Welcome to Krypitalx Canada Customer Agreement (“Customer Agreement”). Please spend a few minutes reading it carefully before providing us with any information about you or any other person.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

By registering for and using KrypitalX services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Customer Agreement. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and KrypitalX, governing your use of our cryptocurrency exchange and payment gateway.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use KrypitalX services, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable local laws. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including identity verification per AML/KYC requirements.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. KrypitalX employs two-factor authentication (2FA) and cold storage to protect your assets. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Provided

KrypitalX offers access to cryptocurrency trading, wallet services, and a payment gateway supporting both crypto and fiat transactions. Services are subject to availability, and we may update, suspend, or modify services at our discretion.

5. Compliance and Legal Obligations

Users must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), tax reporting, and financial conduct. KrypitalX reserves the right to report suspicious activity to authorities without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal or abusive activities on the platform, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, data theft, or the use of bots to manipulate markets. Accounts involved in such activities may be suspended or terminated.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk, including volatility and loss of funds. KrypitalX does not guarantee profits or provide investment advice. Users should assess their risk tolerance before using trading or payment services.

8. Fees and Limits

Transaction fees, limits, and processing times are disclosed on the KrypitalX platform and are subject to change. Users agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with their use of the services.

9. Suspension and Termination

KrypitalX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, pose a security risk, or fail to meet regulatory requirements. Users may close their accounts at any time by submitting a request to our support team.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through arbitration, or in accordance with applicable jurisdictional laws where KrypitalX is registered. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Customer Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
